Hello, I am Bella. I am a sophomore majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and this is my E-Board Q&A Introduction!

-What made you pursue this position?

I chose to apply for the Social Media Manager position because I have a strong passion for marketing and advertising. I genuinely enjoy creating content and promoting what I care about. I’m excited about the opportunity to use my creativity to help grow the club’s presence and engagement.

-When did you start rowing? What was the reason?

I started rowing in 8th grade after my science teacher introduced me to the sport. He told me about a local crew team and encouraged me to give it a try. I’ve been hooked ever since and haven’t looked back!

-What is your fondest rowing memory?

One of my favorite rowing memories was after a particularly tough 2k test. I had just achieved my personal best, and I was amazed by how far I had come. That moment really showed me what I was capable of and made all the hard work feel worth it.

-Finally, what is your plan to improve the club?

My plan is to improve communication and visibility for the club by designing engaging posters and sharing updates through our social media platforms. I want to keep current members informed and help attract new ones by creating interest and excitement around our events and accomplishments.

I'm really excited to start my role as Social Media Manager for the E-Board. I'm looking forward to helping grow our online presence, highlight the amazing work everyone is doing, and share the spirit of our team with a wider audience. If you have ideas, content, or anything you'd like to see featured, feel free to reach out. I'm ready to get started and looking forward to a great season ahead!
