1. Rowing on Tonawanda creek first thing in the morning when the water was still, it was still slightly dark out, and everything was quiet.

Rowing accomplishment I’m most proud of: Being voted team captain by teammates my senior year.

Current occupation: Training teachers in Australia in Trauma-informed Positive Education

Advice to current rowers: The discipline you learn from rowing will stay with you your entire life, and will make many things seem easy in comparison!
