We are feeling sad today. The UB Rowing season has come to an end. The University has decided that for the health and safety of our students that it is best for us to not continue at this time. It is difficult to express all the emotions we are feeling right now. A lot of sweat and tears has gone into preparing for our upcoming racing season. The team has a lot of seniors that won't get to finish their final collegiate racing season.
So we took advantage of our last practice together to have fun and enjoy spending time together in the wee hours of the morning. We did what we enjoy doing most, we got our sweat on and cheered for each other to be our best. There were smiles. There were hugs. There were some tears as we said good bye. Some were good bye and see you next season. Some were good bye and have a great life.
