The UB Rowing team took a trip to Geneseo, NY to kick off the 2018 spring season. High winds and rough water ended up cutting the day short after only 3 events. Luckily the Men and Women's Varsity 4+s were able to post quality results before having the races called. Men's Varsity 4+ taking the day for UB winning their event with a commanding 8 second lead over the rest for the field. Women's Varsity 4 + faced the toughest conditions of the day but managed to fight through and secured a solid second place finish for the Bulls. The men's Novice 8+ struggled to find their pace the first sprint regatta of their collegiate careers as they followed the rest of the pack across the line.
